Growing up around motorcycles, skateboards, and hardcore/punk music - flannels were always a staple in our closets. But, like everyone else, we were tired of them not fitting well, wrinkling, shrinking, and fading after the first wash. We rolled out the first flannel in 2013 and haven’t looked back since! New facility in 2019, gorgeous retail space in 2020. This is seriously the coolest place to come to work every day.
We are looking for experienced retail sales associates who love working in retail & having a great day, every day.
Responsibilities:
· Create a remarkable customer shopping experience with every customer. We’re talking 5 star google review experiences!
· Assist customers in building a great personal wardrobe and fostering the love of our brand. Identify their needs & wants, provide recommendations, and help coordinate complete looks.
· Maintain an Instagram-worthy store through display merchandising, product management, and general housekeeping.
· Get your tech on by processing purchases, managing web orders, and more using our POS system.
· Be positive and supportive of your team because a happy team is a successful team.
· Enjoy a little camera love…we feature a lot of our staff in product photos ;)

Standards:
· Must be able to stand for extended periods time, including the entire work-shift.
· Must be available to work 9 AM to 8 PM Monday-Friday and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays, along with additional hours as needed during peak seasons.
· Must be able to lift, push and pull boxes up to 40 pounds
· 1 year retail experience preferred.
